AAA Director of Training, Susanna, has been working in professional development training in Cambodia for the past three years. She regularly presents workshops on time management and office efficiency as well as variety of communication skills. She is an experienced presenter at a national and international level.
Susanna has a background in Sales and Business Development. She has worked in publishing in Ireland and Cambodia on a professional and voluntary basis. In addition to writing several of AAA’s training manuals, Susanna is co-editor of two resource books for educators and information professionals published internationally.

This program introduces different forms of interpersonal communication style as well as a areas for personal improvement. Participants will examine how conflict in communication can affect workplace productivity as well as developing strategies to reduce and resolve conflict. Also explored are strategies for using persuasion and negotiation in communication.
